Position Summary:  Provide oversight and direction to vendors contracted by Atlas Air, and customers of Atlas ACMI flights, ensuring that proper Atlas and FAA handling procedures are used in the performance of duties. Assist / oversee flight handling coordination for all Atlas departments, Crews and ground handlers.   Values and Behavioral Standards:  To ensure the effective communication and application of company values and behavioral standards, as stated in our company “Code of Conduct” policy, and to respond appropriately in the event of any known departure.

Lead sales, customer service and reservation team to achieve sales targets in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and contribute to regional target by developing and realizing the sales plan. Design, implement and maintain systems and procedures for Polar Air Cargo’s capacity management processes. Create, develop, implement and monitor services and performances that increase profit and productivity for the region. Ensure Shenzhen capacity and revenue management processes balance effectively yield management and market/customer priorities. Extend sales supports to other Polar networks as required.

Play a key role in developing Atlas Air’s global sales and go to market strategies. Develop a complete understanding of our current and prospective customers and identify opportunities where they describe how Atlas’ solutions can create long term value. Develop opportunities for our prospective customers based on our products.
