Provides interface between Atlas Air and area maintenance providers regarding all aircraft and engine maintenance issues. Monitor reliability of area based fleet, implements corrective action in concert with Atlas Air Maintenance Control, Technical Support and vendors. Institutes vendor performance auditing procedures and monitors invoicing for correct billing. Ensures vendor compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations. Maintains liaison with Ground Operations and Flight Operations in order to ensure safe and dependable operations.
Provide business and administrative support to the Hong Kong offices, including Polar and Atlas, and APAC senior management team to meet corporate objectives.
This position will be responsible for managing the South American destination shipments 2nd leg flight connection. Provide support to Sales team with planning, allocations, customer service-related matters, tracking and reporting flight performance.
Main responsibility is to achieve sales targets by developing and realizing the organization’s sales plan; directing and developing a highly productive Sales, Reservations and Customer Service team; managing and expanding customer base; service and product improvement.
Lead sales, customer service and reservation team to achieve sales targets in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and contribute to regional target by developing and realizing the sales plan. Design, implement and maintain systems and procedures for Polar Air Cargo’s capacity management processes. Create, develop, implement and monitor services and performances that increase profit and productivity for the region. Ensure Shenzhen capacity and revenue management processes balance effectively yield management and market/customer priorities. Extend sales supports to other Polar networks as required.
Reporting to Regional Director of Maintenance, the Manager of Line Maintenance is responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance at their assigned station(s).
This position is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships within the given territory (Guangzhou and Shenzhen).
