This position will be responsible for coordinating all sales & reservation related matters with the sales ream of the territory. Design, implement and maintain systems and procedures for Polar Air Cargo's Shenzhen capacity management processes. Create, develop, implement and monitor procedures and services that generate increased profitability and productivity for the region. Ensure Shenzhen capacity and revenue management processes balance effectively yield management and market/customer priorities. Ensure prioritization of cargo handling and movement for scheduled and non-scheduled flight activity in the region.

Responsible for capacity planning and revenue optimization
- Set, monitor and optimize capacity allocations over different markets in SZX/CAN
- Develop and implement processes and tools for optimal day-to-day capacity & revenue planning
