The Material Operations Supervisor is responsible for performing warehouse duties related to the safe handling and processing of aircraft material as required by the Company, regulatory requirements and best practices. Develop/implement processes and procedures for efficient material handling.  Overseas, monitors and reviews activities of Material Operations during unattended supervisory shifts.

Reporting to the Manager of Quality Control & Aircraft Records, the Quality Control Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance performed on Company aircraft, engines, appliances and accessories is accomplished in accordance with Atlas Air policies and the Federal Aviation Regulations to maintain a continuous state of airworthiness. Inspectors must hold a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics License and be authorized by the Chief Inspector.

Lead sales, customer service and reservation team to achieve sales targets in Shenzhen and Guangzhou, and contribute to regional target by developing and realizing the sales plan. Design, implement and maintain systems and procedures for Polar Air Cargo’s capacity management processes. Create, develop, implement and monitor services and performances that increase profit and productivity for the region.
