Performs duties relating to the loading/unloading of aircraft, flight following, customs and cargo handling to ensure that company meets all company and governmental policies and regulations that customers receive quality service.

• Monitor and/or perform aircraft loading/unloading, aircraft movement, employee and contractor safety, and reporting and pallet build-up.
• Identify and rectify problems.
• Analyze necessary information to determine load plans.
• Comply information and calculate weight and balance.
• Final Meal order for crew.
• Load planning & flight plan request.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher.
• Complete weight and balance form and presentation to crew.
• Prepare aircraft cargo documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness and correct inaccurate and/or incomplete information. Communicate serious issues to management.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of HAZMAT loading paperwork, notify crew of location and, if necessary, obtain appropriate approvals prior to take-off.
• Night shifts are required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years' airline experience is required.
• Apply understanding of aircraft positions and heights, aircraft weight limitations and aircraft overhangs.
• Proficiently utilize SITA, ULD and Flight systems, screens and software.
• Know and adhere to company operating policies, operations, processes and procedures appropriate to the job.
• Know and adhere to aircraft, vehicle and employee safety rules and regulations.
• Understanding of air freight, terminal operations and flight terminology and processes.
• Ability to track and coordinate multiple issues simultaneously.
• Computer literate.
• Basic math skills.
