In this role you will be responsible for the overall strategy, development, and delivery of core commercial data & analytics, systems/technologies, and commercial planning to ensure Atlas Air is equipped with the right tools, enablers, and insights to deliver commercial objectives. You will play a leading role in the Commercial divisions’ digital transformation by delivering commercial enablement that drives competitive advantage.
The candidate will be responsible for, amongst other things, analytics, data visualization & executive reporting, Salesforce / CRM, commercial systems, sales program management systems, data management, and global sales planning. This is a complex, high impact role which requires a unique blend of high commercial acumen and deep technical skills. We are seeking a self-starter who can recognize the power of data, technology, and planning to drive commercial success.

• Support the Senior Director to stabilize the current portfolio of sales and commercial tools/technology stack’ with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
• Act as the key subject matter expert, and central interface, facilitator and enabler between Sales/ Commercial teams and IT.
• Spearhead the design, development and continuous improvement of high impact suite of sales reports and executive KPI dashboards based on data stored in multi-dimensional models and databases.
• Lead execution of a comprehensive data, tools/technology & analytics strategy roadmap for Sales / Commercial to drive long-term enablers to high sales impact.
• Collaborate with leaders and field sales to understand complex, ill-defined business problems and opportunities, perform in-depth analyses, and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness, revenue maximization and efficiency of sales processes.
• Drive the development of a core CRM platform to serve as the beating heart and foundational pillar of the Commercial division’s technology stack, and the single source of truth for all customer touchpoints, sales planning, and initiatives.
• Lead sales process automation and improvement initiatives through innovation to drive quality and efficiency.
