Main responsibility is to achieve sales targets by developing and realizing the organization’s sales plan; directing and developing a highly productive sales & Customer Service team; managing and expanding customer base; service and product improvement.


  • Create and implement a business plan in alignment with the company’s overall business targets;
  • Create successful sales strategies that will maximize asset allocation and increase revenue;
  • Responsible for achieving regional sales and revenue targets;
  • Develop and manage customer relationships; propose plans on particular accounts within the territory, including the development of strategy tactics and communication with the account contracts;
  • Responsible for market and customer analysis to develop products and service improvements as well as increase brand awareness;
  • Responsible for capacity planning and revenue optimization to maximize revenue per flight
  • Work closely with Sales Director, including pricing, market developments, industry marketing issues and forecasting;
  • Maintain good communication and coordination with Reservations and Customer Service colleagues to provide continuity with corporate plans and objectives at sales territory level;
  • Interface with Terminal Services employees in times of necessary to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Coordinate with Accounting Dept and Agents on accounts receivables;
  • Manage departmental cost budget;
  • Assure regional sales & Customer Service activities are in compliance (legal, administrative, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director


  • Bachelor in Business and at least 5 years with equivalent work experience in air cargo industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiating skills
  • Ability to manage a high degree of complexity in various situations
  • Independently motivated, extremely driven and result oriented
  • Demonstrates ability to work under time pressure and in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of increasing new business opportunities and developing a dynamic presence with major freight forwarders
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful company cargo sales plans and developing new business contacts in the international air cargo industry
  • Ability to retain and develop talented people
  • High proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Excellent in both spoken and written English
